Amidst the regulatory, financial, and technical maze that has attempted to equate sustainability with Non-Financial Statements, the industry has made access to information more complex. When faced with a black box, the keyholder becomes indispensable. In this context, the only way to elevate sustainability to the level it deserves is by adding transparency and eliminating all the bullshit.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
🎯 Content & Community
Adapt Dcycle's message across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and the blog, matching each platform's language while keeping our voice consistent.
Own the content calendar: plan, produce, and publish.
Engage with our community. Reply to comments, spark conversations, and build real connections.
📈 Demand Generation
Support paid and organic campaigns that turn attention into pipeline.
Help build and test lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
Learn how marketing connects to revenue, not just to likes.
🔍 Market Research & Insights
Track competitors, trends, and what our audience actually cares about.
Turn what you find into briefs that sharpen our messaging and campaigns.
🎨 Design & Creative
Build social and marketing assets in Figma: carousels, infographics, visuals.
Use AI tools to speed up drafting, visuals, and decks without losing creative quality.
Support video or interactive content (nice to have).
📊 Measure & Optimize
Track engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Test new formats, read the data, and iterate fast.

WHAT WE OFFER
Paid 6 month internship: 700€ / month
Strong potential for full-time hire post-internship.
Mentorship and feedback to accelerate your learning.
Flexible work: hybrid with 2 remote days/week after onboarding.
2 Team-building retreats every year.
23 vacation days / year.
When will you do it
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start between 8:00 - 9:30 AM and end between 5:00 - 6:30 PM), with an early finish at 3:00 PM on Fridays.
