The Role
As a Marketing Analyst at Dcycle, you will play a key role in fueling our growth. You will work with a passionate marketing team to develop high-impact initiatives, measure what works, detect growth opportunities, and help Marketing and Sales align with clear pipeline generation metrics and customer conversion goals.
You're not just comfortable with AI tools, you actively use them to work smarter, move faster, and produce better output. You see AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
What You'll Do
Research, source, and develop marketing assets across multiple client verticals, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production without sacrificing quality.
Develop content and creative concepts based on performance data, KPIs and emerging trends; use AI-assisted workflows to iterate and test faster.
Propose and create demand-generation campaigns (emails, webinars, events, etc.) for all funnel stages.
Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights that support optimisation and scale.
Manage and optimise social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta.
Support A/B testing initiatives, including hypothesis development, setup, and interpreting results.
Monitor pacing, performance shifts, and delivery trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare reports and performance summaries that translate data into clear narratives and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creative development and drive pipeline creation.

Technical Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in SaaS environments and metrics (ARR, ACV, NRR, pipeline).
Practical knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent CRM/marketing automation) and funnel concepts.
Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe (video editing skills are highly welcomed).
Hands-on experience with AI tools — whether for content generation, data analysis, research, or workflow automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI, or similar).
Comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows as a standard part of how you operate, not an occasional experiment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, enthusiastic, organised, and goal-oriented.
Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

A university degree in Marketing or a related field.
